Once you register, just start looking for great domains. When you find great ones - buy them - it's not expensive. Open an account with GoDaddy.com or 1and1.com, domains will cost you $4 to $8 a year.

Ok, last items:
1) If you go to sell a domain you buy, you need to hold it for 60 days before you can sell it. It's a domain registration rule.
